Dr. Suenette Kotzé grew up in Moorreesburg and matriculated from Dirkie Uys High School in 2007. Her passion for animals and agriculture led her to Onderstepoort, where she qualified as a veterinarian (BVSc) in 2014. After gaining valuable experience at several veterinary practices, she established her own practice, Korhaansrug Animal Health, on her father’s farm in 2020.
Today, she is passionate about livestock health, with a particular interest in sheep and the unique challenges faced by production animals in the Western Cape. She also completed an equine internship in 2015 and has experience in companion animal medicine, giving her a versatile and practical approach to veterinary care. At Korhaansrug Animal Health, personal service, honest advice, and a commitment to the farming community remain at the heart of everything she does.
